Natural New Energy Drink

Get a natural pick me up with this baby...

4 oranges (cut and peeled)

4 carrots (washed and stems cut)

2 apples (washed and cut)

Throw everything in a juicer and out comes about 5 glasses of juice. Also, makes a good marinade for pork and skirt steak - see my Mexican beef recipe below.
